The New Code of Governance for Charities and Institutions of a Public Character (IPCs) was issued in November 2007. All charities and IPCs are required to submit their extent of compliance with the Code to their respective Sector Administrators by the end of March 2008. This seminar will explain the provisions of the Code and highlight compliance issues. |
