Sharon Wee is a Partner in Financial Services. She specialises in equity and hybrid capital offerings, advising corporates and financial institutions on initial public offerings, rights issues and other secondary fund raising.

Sharon read law at the University of Cambridge and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1999. She is cited as a leading Capital Markets lawyer in Chambers Asia 2011.
