Vincent Teh is a Partner in Financial Services. He has experience advising financial institutions, investment banks and private equity firms as sponsors of, and investors in, private funds (including hedge funds and private equity funds). He also has experience advising sponsors and investors in connection with secondary transactions involving domestic and offshore private funds. In addition, Vincent has provided regulatory guidance to a number of domestic and offshore fund managers, placement agents and sponsors on funds establishment and funds offering related matters.

In his first few years of practice, Vincent also advised on contentious matters in various areas of law including company, banking, bankruptcy / insolvency.

Vincent graduated from the University of Nottingham with an LLB (Hons) degree in 2000 and completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Singapore Law at the National University of Singapore in 2001. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 2002 when he joined Allen & Gledhill.
