Standard Chartered Bank as lead arranger in a S$587.09 million loan to Kinbley (Delaware) LLC III, a Goldman Sachs affiliate, to acquire a major office tower in Singapore;

Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Singapore Branch in connection with a US$465 million secured acquisition financing transaction;

Standard Chartered Bank in connection with a US$55 million secured syndicated revolving facilities to CapitaLand Retail Trustee Pte Ltd in its capacity as trustee of CapitaRetail China Incubator Fund (a fund managed by an affiliate of CapitaLand Limited);

Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd, Singapore Branch in connection with a JPY21 billion secured revolving loan facility granted to CapitaRetail Japan Fund Private Limited (a fund managed by an affiliate of CapitaLand Limited); and

DBS Bank Ltd in connection with a S$325.94 million land loan, development charge loan, construction loan and bank guarantee facilities granted to Grandon Pte Ltd (a subsidiary of SC Global Developments Ltd) to finance the en bloc purchase and construction of a private condominum estate.
