Regina See is a Partner in Corporate & Commercial. Her practice encompasses corporate insolvency and restructuring, hospitality and leisure matters, infrastructure projects, commercial services including distributorship and manufacturing arrangements, and local and cross-border corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Regina joined the Firm in 2000 as a pupil, and then practised for three years at the Firm. In 2004, Regina moved to Beijing where she was an associate at an international law firm. During her three years in Beijing, Regina’s practice focussed primarily on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, PRC-related foreign investment projects and private equity financing. She rejoined the Firm in 2007 as a Partner.

Regina graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2000. She is also admitted to the Rolls of Solicitors of the Supreme Court of England and Wales and is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
