Patricia Seet has been a Partner in Corporate & Commercial since 1991. Her practice encompasses corporate and commercial law, joint ventures, acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance and compliance, and company administration of private companies, public unlisted companies, companies limited by guarantee, limited liability partnerships and registered foreign companies. She regularly advises companies across a wide spectrum of industries, on corporate matters, governance and compliance issues as well as on immigration and employment law issues.
Patricia serves on the board of a number of private and public unlisted companies, acts as company secretary to these companies and also acts as statutory agent for several registered foreign companies with Singapore branches.
Patricia currently heads the Allen & Gledhill Corporate Services (AGCS) team of managers, executives and assistants in the Firm. The AGCS team provides the full range of corporate secretarial and related support services to the Firm’s clients.
Patricia graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree and holds an LLM from the National University of Singapore. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986 when she joined Allen & Gledhill.
