Long Pee Hua is a Partner in Financial Services. Her areas of expertise include private funds and capital markets.

The private fund transactions which she completed include Raffles City China Fund, Securus Data Property Fund, CapitaRetail China Incubator Fund, CapitaRetail China Development Fund and Akebono Shipping Fund I.

The initial public offerings which she has been involved in include CapitaRetail China Trust, Ascendas India Trust and First REIT and the listing by way of introduction of Treasury China Trust.

She has also been involved in the secondary offerings of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust, CapitaMall Trust, CapitaCommercial Trust, Fortune Real Estate Investment Trust and K-REIT Asia.

Other capital markets transactions of significance which she has completed include:
 
•

the refinancing of the securitisation of Capital Square;
•

the securitisation of Katong Mall;
•

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited’s US$500 million 4.25 per cent. subordinated notes due 2019 callable with step-up in 2014 pursuant to its S$4 billion Programme for Issuance of Debt Instruments;
•

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited’s exchange offer for up to approximately S$1 billion notes;
•

DBS Bank Ltd’s S$500 million subordinated notes due 2021 callable with step-up in 2016;
•

Avago Technologies Finance Pte Ltd’s US$1.975 billion debt financing comprising a US$1 billion 3-Tranche global bond offering and US$975 million loan facilities; and
•

the establishment of S$300 million multicurrency debt issuance programme of Hyflux Ltd.

Pee Hua was seconded to Linklaters, London for six months in 2007. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with an LLB (Hons) degree and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2005 when she joined Allen & Gledhill.
