advising major tenant in Singapore and negotiating on its behalf the lease of office space in what is said to be one of the largest office leasing deals in Singapore to date;

advising a multi-national corporation in the long-term lease of industrial property in Jurong Island from JTC Corporation and conducting negotiations on behalf of the corporation;

the preparation negotiation and finalisation of lease and management agreement relating to the transport system and infrastructure on behalf of a statutory board;

the preparation negotiation and finalisation of leases and licenses for various sporting facilities on behalf of a statutory board;

advising developers in the acquisition of land and eventual sale of units comprised in various developments, including a mixed development; and

acting for financiers in financing of the acquisition and construction of development projects and the preparation negotiation and finalisation of security documents.
