Christine Chan has been a Partner in Corporate & Commercial since 1985. Her principal area of practice is non-contentious corporate and commercial law, with a special focus on corporate regulatory and compliance work. She is actively involved in advising SGX-ST listed companies on governance and compliance issues.
She has assisted multinational companies in the setting up of their regional headquarters presence in Singapore and also advises domestic companies on governance and related matters.
Christine was called to the Singapore Bar in 1981.
