Lee Won is Partner in Corporate & Commercial. Her areas of practice encompass financial services, securities laws, cross border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, regional and domestic joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial law.
In 2009, Lee Won was named “Up and Coming” lawyer in Banking & Finance in Malaysia by Chambers Asia, and she was named “Up and Coming lawyer” in Corporate / M&A in Malaysia for 2010 by the same publication.
She started her practice at Shearn Delamore & Co in Malaysia when she was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 1995, and was a partner there from January 2003 until December 2010.
Lee Won graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and an LL.B. (Honours) degree from The University of Melbourne. She is admitted to practise in Malaysia and Singapore.
